1. Take the Academic Assessment Test
Mondays & Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. (Except for holidays)
Allow 2-3 hours to complete
Must arrive 20-30 minutes early
First come, first served (limited spots)
No childcare available
16-18 yrs:

2. Schedule Advising Appointment
Scheduling completed after TABE testing

Original Letter from principal of last school attended with student name, date of birth, last date of attendance and principal's signature
HomeSchool:
Print this PDF form and complete, then return it with your youth packet forms
2. Complete Application packet
Available in room 108 in the Lincoln Center or
download application packet
3. Take the TABE
(Academic Assessment)
4. Schedule Advisement appointment
