Teach a Class

Complete a course proposal and submit it to us at Community Education.

The Community Education team will look over the proposal and contact you with follow-up questions as necessary. We will schedule times that work for the community and space and craft advertising together. 

Once your course is accepted and Community Education has posted it to billingsaced.org, here are the following guidelines. 

• To help ensure that your class runs, please check one week before the start date that you have met the minimum enrollment (as specified in your course agreement).
• Help your students prepare for class. 
  • Let them know if they need specific books, materials, or supplies. 
  • Send them a reminder email of the location and time. 
• Want to see who’s signed up for your class? 
  • On the registration closing day, you can access your class roster through the Community Education office or by logging in to your instructor portal. 
• On the night of your course. 
  • Take attendance and have a wonderful time sharing your expertise.
• After the course.
  • Submit your class attendance and time sheet to Community Education.
